Billiards Handicap 3 a-side Knockout - Aggregate over 3 frames
Aggregate over 3 frames. Each player handicapped before competition starts. Anyone without a handicap cannot enter. First to 250 points in each frame (including handicap). Please apply full handicaps to the scoreboard before each frame commences (and not the difference in handicap). Only players that were registered at the beginning of the competition are eligible to play - no substitutes will be allowed under any circumstances. Only players that have played in a previous round are eligible to play in the final.
