Brnesc club (Last updated 19/3/19)
After any matches played on Wednesday 3/4/19 at Brnesc please note that the snooker room will be out of action for the duration of the Grand National meeting at the racecourse.

Intermediates competition (Last updated 6/3/19)
The team that represented our league in the intermediates competition at George Scotts snooker center were unlucky not to qualify for the semi finals missing out by just 1 point. This is a great achievement considering that we have a league of only 7 teams and on the day we only had 6 players for the first match (2 of these could not be there at the start) and 5 players for the last 2 matches. Well done and thanks for giving up a Sunday to; John Hughes, Jordan Scoggins, Joel Ryder, Joe Clements, Jordan McDonough and Gary Tully.

Competition Reminder (Last updated 1/3/19)

Pairs Cup Quarter Finals - closing date Fri 22nd March - contact to be made by Mon 11th March

Snooker meeting 11/2/19 (Last updated 12/2/19)
A few notes from the latest meeting,
The highest break is still held by Ian Gelhardt (PSD) with 71.
The secretary gave an update on leading positions in the tables, these can be seen on the web tabs.
There is only one outstanding game City Rileys v Aintree Cons.
A reminder of the dates for Intermediates (24/2/19) and the seniors (24/3/19).
Playing two league matches one as a loan player on the same night is permitted but not if they are both played at the same club (Rule 13n). This rule will be reviewed at the AGM.
To clear up any confusion regarding the order of merit the secretary reminded everyone that the winner is the player who wins most league games in the season (Rule 11d) and not necessarily the person who finishes top of the player rankings.
The next meeting takes place on 25/3/19 at Brnesc 7.30pm start, All clubs must be represented.

Team comps non qualifying players (Last updated 25/1/19)
I have put a document on the docs tab with a list of players who as yet do not qualify to play in the team cup competitions due to not playing the required 3 league games (Rule 21a), I have also put the number of games they have played in brackets. Any Sec/Capt who would like these players to be available for the competitions have plenty of time to reach the required 3 games.
