Rules
MISS RULE:
(A) Any player is snookered and cannot see any part of the object ball(s) and then misses that ball(s), then the Referee shall NOT call a 'Miss' on the fouling player.

(B) The Referee will only call a 'Miss' if any part of the object ball can be seen and then a foul shot takes place.

(C) The '3 Miss Rule' which occurs in the PROFESSIONAL GAME WILL be used in our League, the Referee must advise the player who has missed the 'BALL ON' twice that he will forfeit the frame if he misses the 'BALL ON' a third time. If this occurs the frame score will be 147-0

(D) If 2 players (opponents) feel the Professional 'MISS RULE' should apply to their frame/match , then as long as BOTH players agree prior to break off AND that the Referee who feels qualified to call a MISS under normal rules of snooker takes control of the frame , then this is acceptable. In these circumstances the Referee's decision is final and must be accepted.
This Rule (D) can only be applied if frame/match is between two MINUS HANDICAP players and must have a MINUS player or a Player who feels competent to Referee the match with the FULL MISS RULE applying.
