on Friday, November 7, 2014 We are now taking the final entries for The Snooker Legends Pro-Am which is being held on 15th & 16th November at The Crucible Sports & Social Club, Furlong House, Hambridge Road, Newbury, Berkshire. RG14 5UT (Tel No. 01635 226920) www.cruciblesports.co.uk 64 Amateur players will compete against 16 professional players in the next of the Snooker Legends Pro-Am series Events. Entry Fee for Amateur players is £40 (includes free entry to the Plate Competition). Saturday 15th November 64 amateur players will play through 2 rounds to get to the last 16. All matches are best of 5 or 7 frames. The 16 players who qualify will then compete against the 16 professional players on the Sunday. All losing players will automatically be entered into the Plate Competition which will also take place on Sunday. Sunday 16th November The 16 Professional players will be paired against the 16 Amateur players and will compete in a straight knockout competition. Professional players will give a 21 point start to the amateur players. All matches will be best of 5 and then 7 frames in the main competition. A One frame Shoot Out plate competition will also be contested on Sunday. Prize Money Amateur Entries Amateur players wishing to enter the Snooker Legends Pro-Am, please email andy@cruciblesports.co.uk to confirm your entry. A payment in advance of £40 will be taken from each player. Monies should be paid directly to Andrew Bolter at Crucible Sports via a BACS Payment.
